Technical Description
The PMI-MASTER Smart alloy analyzer is increasingly being used by businesses and organizations operating in the fields of Metal Processing and Material Analysis to monitor the chemical composition of elements in metals.
- The PMI-MASTER SMART alloy analyzer spectrometer is compact in size, weighing only 15kg.
- The UV Touch probe connects to the main unit with a 3M long cable (Optional up to 8M long) AND has a built-in Touch Screen that allows control of the device and reading of data directly on the probe, making it easy for the operator to operate the device even in high measuring positions or tight areas.
- Limit of Analysis (LOD): LOD Boron in Steel: 5 ppm; LOD Carbon in Steel: 30 ppm; LOD Phosphorus in Steel: 30 ppm; LOD Sulphur in Steel: 20 ppm; LOD Arsenic in Low Alloy Steel: 50 ppm
- Number of elements analyzed: in steel alloy: 26 elements; in aluminum alloy: 29 elements; in nickel alloy: 21 elements; in copper alloy: 29 elements
- Capable of analyzing Li, Na in aluminum alloys.
- The PMI-MASTER SMART Alloy Analyzer is a high-precision metal composition analyzer using emission spectroscopy for laboratory analysis. The emission spectroscopy method is a popular method for alloy analysis due to its ability to analyze the carbon element. The instrument's new generation of spark generators ensures optimal excitation for a wide range of alloys.
- Using the "unique Jet-stream technology" technique helps to minimize argon consumption and makes it easy to analyze small tube, coil, thin sheet or even wire shaped objects.
- The GRADE Database software contains 12 million names of 339,000 materials from 69 countries and territories.
