Technical Description

  • Measuring range (Z) 1mm/ resolution 16nm. Provides contour measurement as well as surface roughness measurement requiring high accuracy and portability
  • Measuring stroke up to 50mm. Ideal for measuring applications in workshops and construction sites.
  • Straightness 0.4 µm/ 50mm. High precision of the reference axis allows for sliding-type waviness, form and contour measurements even on large samples.
  • The smallest sampling interval of only 0.5 µm is very suitable for measuring and analyzing small samples.
  • Manually adjustable vertical travel accommodates large and tall samples, providing stability and precision like a stationary machine.
