Technical Description
Ultrasonic flaw detectors have been widely used for material quality control, detecting defects (cracks, cracks, delamination, corrosion...) inside materials or the inner surface of material layers, including both metals and non-metals.
- Large LCD display with high resolution (640 x 480 pixels)
- Simple operation with 2 rotating buttons and push buttons
- Different color display mode for each reflected pulse (colored leg)
- Square pulse generator, large output energy (can penetrate 28m deep in steel) is very good for testing materials with coarse grain structure
- There are 4 display modes: full pulse, peak pulse, comparison or envelope to choose the best evaluation pulse.
- Support comparison with reference pulse (Comparision)
- Adjustable pulse width 50ns ® 1000ns in 10ns steps allows high sensitivity and accuracy to be achieved.
