Technical Description
Intelligent phased array ultrasonic equipment is increasingly used for defect testing in materials and is gradually replacing the Radiography Testing (RT) method.
- Defect testing of metal and non-metal materials (Composite)
- Test flat plate and tube 1.5 inches or larger in diameter
- Using a high-resolution multi-touch color screen (Tuchscreen - Multi-Touch), suitable for many indoor and outdoor working environments
- Simultaneous display of A-Scan, B-Scan (E-Scan), C-Scan, C-Scan Overview and measurement values
- Compatible with probe types for specific applications
- Using both Phased Array and Conventional probes simultaneously in the same application
- Simultaneous display of 15 analytical readings for applications
- Scan mode 1 PA probe or 2 parallel probes
- Software upgrades automatically updated and free
- The test applications are set up and downloaded for free on the company's website.
We currently offer two models 32:32PR & 32:128PR
Applications
- Defect inspection of metallic and non-metallic materials (Composite)
- Check weld defects of flat and tubular parts
- Measure and map corrosion
- Check the quality of bolt threads
- Check welding defects on railway tracks, machine shafts, flanges
