Technical Description
Advanced alloy platform: the machine has an advanced alloy frame that quickly dissipates heat when the temperature changes, keeping measurements accurate. The unique “half gantry” design has the X and Y axes in the same coordinates, providing a superior measurement platform for small and medium-sized part inspection.
Air bearing: aerodynamic sliding system on 3 axes, creating a thin air film between the shaft and the fixed surface through pneumatic pressure, reducing friction and keeping the machine moving smoothly and stably.
A wide range of Renishaw probes can be connected: MH20i, PH10 Plus, PH 20.
Solid Granite measuring table with common M8 threaded holes for convenient clamping.
Z-axis balancing by pneumatic counterweight (adjustable), which improves the stability of measurements on the Z-axis.
High resolution 0.1 micron optical scale and dynamic signal processing optimize measurement performance.
CNC drive control via DC servo motor with zero-lag friction drive.
