Technical Description
- ARES CMM is designed with a ball axis and a super hard aluminum alloy frame, increasing the ability to diffuse heat quickly when the ambient temperature changes.
- Air bearing: aerodynamic sliding system on 3 axes, creating a thin air film between the shaft and the fixed surface through pneumatic pressure, reducing friction and keeping the machine moving smoothly and stably.
- Two models to choose from based on performance requirements: ARES NT-L (standard), ARES NT (upgrade).
- ARES NT has a Z-axis made of Silicon Carbide (SiC) to increase the hardness and wear resistance of the axis.
- A wide range of Renishaw probes can be connected: MIH, MH20, MH20i, PH10 Plus, PH 20.
- Solid Granite measuring table with common M8 threaded holes for convenient clamping.
- Z-axis balancing by pneumatic counterweight (adjustable), which improves the stability of measurements on the Z-axis.
- High resolution 0.1 micron optical scale and dynamic signal processing optimize measurement performance.
- CNC drive control via DC servomotor with zero-lag friction drive on all axes.
- Accuracy according to UNI EN ISO 10360-2:2010; ISO 10360-5:2010; ISO 10360-4:2005.
- Equipped with Touch DMIS software, which is a touch CMM software with full CAD capabilities. Touch DMIS simplifies the measurement and programming process, reduces errors and provides detailed graphical reports.
- ARES CMM is available in various configurations: xx.07.05 (NT & NT-L); xx.07.07 (NT)
- Additional options: active/passive vibration isolation system, temperature compensation sensor.
