Technical Description
Microdako - Fully mechanized hardness tester; can determine the hardness of thermoplastics, Rubber and vulcanized rubber, in accordance with standard IRHD and SHORE methods.
High Deviation 0.1 IRHD
The load force is easily selected on the PC and automatically applied electronically controlled load cell steps in a Close Loop control system.
Microdako is equipped with a touch screen support and software that controls everything from test configuration to data management; can be equipped with supporting accessories according to customer requirements.
Fully automated process:
Just press the start button (Red button) and the device will automatically perform the complete test procedure without any errors:
1. Approach and contact the sample (distance from 150mm - 0mm)
2. Fix the sample
3. Perform the test
4. Release the sample
5. Transfer and display result data on PC
Fully automatic and mechanized, the testing process is not affected by the operator and is easy to use even for first-time users.
