SHORE - ELECTRONIC SHORE

Shore hardness tester for plastics and rubber combined with electronic devices for high accuracy. The measuring head can be changed according to requirements.

Probe types: Shore A - B - C - D - D0 - 0 - 00 - E - M - 000 - 000S. 

Corresponding to each type of probe is the appropriate test: HS A - HS B - HS C - HS D - HS DO - HS O - HS OO - HS E - HS M - HS OOO - HS OOOS.
 
The measuring device complies with the following standards: ASTM 2240, ISO R.868, DIN 53505, JIS K7215. The slim test tip ensures accurate measurements on even small parts. Suitable for measuring tires, medical equipment, paper, sponge, flexible rubber, plastic, PVC, polyester synthetic fibers, neoprene rubber, leather, thiokol, nitrile rubber (NBR)...

Operation panel with LCD display. Selection of peak / instantaneous / continuous measurement modes; automatic averaging, stored results list, statistics, standard deviation, histograms. Data output for PC or printer connection RS 232 C or USB (optional)

The probe can be mounted on a stand, either manually or mechanically, for experimental purposes.

Tests that can be performed based on each connected probe:
- Shore A: testing plastic materials, soft rubber, medical devices, tires, rubber rings (O-rings)...
- Shore B: as Shore A with high value
- Shore C: as Shore D with low value
- Shore D: testing hard rubber, hard surface synthetic materials, acrylic plastic, plexiglass, printing roll paper, cellulose, acetate, thick wood, nylon, derlin
- Shore DO: as Shore B and C
- Shore O: as Shore A with low value
- Shore OO: testing soft materials such as sponge, natural rubber, silicones
