Technical Description
- MCT PLUS is designed with a unique gantry structure that allows the machine to measure large parts with a wide working space.
- High resolution optical scale: 0.1 micron.
- X, Y axis drive system: gear type rotating on fixed rack.
- The X-axis is also equipped with a Dual Scale & Reader system to minimize errors and increase the overall accuracy of the system.
- CNC drive control: via DC servo motor with zero-lag friction drive.
- Air bearing: aerodynamic sliding system on 3 axes, creating a thin air film between the shaft and the fixed surface through pneumatic pressure, reducing friction and keeping the machine moving smoothly and stably.
- Complies with ISO 10360-2 and ISO 10360-4 standards in dimensional and point measurement testing.
- Equipped with Touch DMIS software, which is a touch CMM software with full CAD capabilities. Touch DMIS simplifies the measurement and programming process, reduces errors and provides detailed graphical reports.
