Technical Description
- MCT NT is designed with a unique gantry structure that allows the machine to measure large parts with a wide working space.
- High resolution optical scale 0.1 micron.
- There are two configurations including MCT NT (Silicon Carbide Z-axis) and MCT NT LIGHT (Aluminum Alloy Z-axis).
- X-axis drive system with rotating gear on fixed rack. Equipped with Dual Scale & Reader system to minimize errors and increase overall system accuracy.
- CNC drive control via DC servo motor with zero-lag friction drive.
- Air bearing: aerodynamic sliding system on 3 axes, creating a thin air film between the shaft and the fixed surface through pneumatic pressure, reducing friction and keeping the machine moving smoothly and stably.
- Complies with ISO 10360-2 and ISO 10360-4 standards in dimensional and point measurement testing.
- Equipped with Touch DMIS software, which is a touch CMM software with full CAD capabilities. Touch DMIS simplifies the measurement and programming process, reduces errors and provides detailed graphical reports.
