Testing system and equipment integrated with control panel
System for checking valve leakage with air or nitrogen, checking and setting pressure value for safety valve
Air/Nitrogen Test Pressure: 0-210 Bar/ 5075 psi
Maximum allowable test pressure (max.) according to valve size:
Valve size DN 15 - 25 : max. 170 bar
Valve size DN 50 - 80 : max. 135 bar
Valve size DN 100 : max. 78 bar
Valve size DN 150 : max. 37 bar
Valve size DN 200 : max. 20 bar
Clamping system with 4 clamps easily operated by hand to clamp valves with flange type connections, valves with threaded connections are clamped with adapter flanges on the test bench. Flange diameter from 80-490mm
The control panel and clamp are mounted on a stainless steel frame with 4 wheels, making the device easy and quick to move.
