Technical Description
Installed in the workshop to check for leaks of valve bodies, valve shafts, valve seats of valves such as: gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves, butterfly valves with flange, threaded and welded connections.
Conforms to ANSI, API 527, API598, API 6D, DIN 3230, BS 6755 standards.
Used to simultaneously check both sides of the valve in one installation.
Test fluid: Water, air or Nitrogen.
Hydraulic test pressure range with water: on request (up to 700 bar)
Air/Nitrogen test pressure range: on request (up to 350 Bar)
Maximum clamping force up to 150T
Series TSH: Horizontal hydraulic quick clamping system allows valves to be easily mounted on the test bench.
TSHV Series: Hydraulic quick clamping system can rotate from 0-> 90 degrees for vertical/ horizontal/ inclined testing.
