Modular Magnetic Particle Inspection System

The Mag Kit is a segmented magnetic particle inspection system for low volume non-destructive testers. It offers the benefits of a wet magnetic test bench without the investment in large production equipment.

Using the P-series portable power supply, the Mag Kit is an economical and easy-to-operate alternative to larger, more expensive mag stages when high volume processing is not required. It provides the same level of test reliability as higher cost instruments but in a lower volume and lower cost package.

The Mag Kit includes a durable stainless steel bench, main shaft, rear shaft, and 11 inch / 28 cm solenoid coil. The P-Series transmitter must be purchased separately.

Additional options include:

• Mag Kit recirculating injection system with 5 gallon / 18.9 liter capacity for pumping magnetic particle solution.
• Mag Kit shield covers the Mag Kit table for fluorescent magnetic particle inspections in dark environments.
