Magnetic testing system

Magnaflux - 1-Phase

Wet test system with available currents with 2 independent outputs: 4,000, 6,000 A. Current cycle (FWDC) and AC output

Technical Description

  • Including models: A-2030, AD-2045, ADH-2045 and ADH 2066
  • Input voltage 220V/380V, creates induced current:
    • 4000 amps AC / 5000 amps FWDC 1 pha, 2 ngõ ra (AD-2045).
    • 4000 amps AC / 5000 amps HWDC 1 phase, 2 ngõ ra (ADH-2045).
    • 6000 amps AC / 5000 amps HWDC 1 phase, 2 outlets (ADH-2066)
    • 4000 amps AC 1 phase, 2 outputs (AD-2040).
  • The control panel allows users to easily adjust system parameters.
  • 3 track system positions: rear, center or front. Can be easily changed position depending on user needs.
  • Improved pump system, capable of removing all liquid in the pipes inside the system, only takes a few wires to remove the pump from the system, easy to maintain.
  • The pneumatic system regulator is moved to the front, easy to access for control.
  • There are 2 independent output sources, which can simultaneously generate a circular magnetic field or a longitudinal magnetic field with adjustable intensity.
  • Interchangeable coil, inner diameter 12”, 16”, 20”, 25”.
  • AC and DC conversion switch
  • AC demagnetization option.
  • Available in 3 sizes 89”x 41”x 61”, 133”x 41”x 61”, 177”x 41”x 61” with corresponding tank volumes of 25 Gal (95L), 37 Gal (140L), 60 Gal (235L).

Applications

  • Used to check surface or subsurface cracks of magnetic mechanical parts
  • Applications in the manufacturing of auto accessories, aviation, oil and gas...
