Technical Description
- X-ray thickness gauge (coating thickness analyzer) based on X-ray fluorescence (XRF) method is a proven technique that provides fast, accurate and non-destructive analysis results.
- The X-Strata920 is designed to measure single and multilayer coatings - including alloy coatings - for both the metal finishing and electronics industries. Hitachi High-Tech's application research experts have optimized the X-Strata920 to ensure you get reliable results for hundreds of applications including PCB surface finishing, industrial electroplating.
