This Blackiron bolt tensioners series is ideal to be used in tight space applications
The hydraulic bolt tensioner BHTT series is characterized by threaded load cells that can be screwed directly onto the bolts.
Available at 1,500 and 2,500 bar max operating pressures, our BHTT tensioners can be customized to suit any needs.
Blackiron manufactures hydraulic threaded load cell tensioners according to customer specifications, always carrying out a
dimensional study and a preliminary loading FEM simulation.
Blackiron threaded load cell tensioners are ideal in all cases where the classic solution of the insert tensioner is not applicable.
In particular, our threaded load cell tensioners are very versatile and useful in case it is necessary to contain the vertical
dimensions, weight and cost of the product.
For large tensioners the threaded load cell solution is often preferred.
