- Highest safety standard in the industry: 600V CAT IV
- Power supply: 12VDC @ 500mA rechargeable battery
Applications
- Check, analyze, and diagnose motor status online using the ESA (Electrical Signature Analysis) method
- Evaluate the entire motor system including engine, bearings, gearbox, belt, drive shaft, power quality, efficiency...
- Detect faults in electrical parts such as stator/rotor coils, cables, control panels, etc.
- Detect mechanical errors (misalignment, loss of concentricity, breakage, dry oil…) in gearboxes, bearings, drive belts, air gaps…
- Analyze power quality such as power factor, voltage deviation, voltage imbalance, connectors…
- Fast data acquisition right at the motor control cabinet. Simple and safe operation.
- Transmit data to computer for management, storage and as a basis for comparison and evaluation of motor status.
- Provide accurate predictions, suggestions, and warnings about motor status.
- Generate detailed reports on motor parameters, status, bearing status, gearbox, power quality, etc.
- Schedule routine maintenance and repairs based on current condition and trend diagnostics of rotating equipment.
- ATPOL III offers unlimited storage with an external memory card slot.
