+ Alloy analysis spectrometers from Hitachi High-Tech Analytical Science: OE750 (vacuum spectrometer), X-MET8000 Expert (versatile handheld XRF analyzer), and Vulcan Expert (handheld laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy, LIBS analyzer).
+ 3D coordinate measuring machine (CMM) Coord3 Srl (LK Metrology Group), model UNIVERSAL 10.7.7, combined with a high-accuracy Nikon LC15DX laser probe (4 μm + L/350 mm).
+ Automatic coating-thickness XRF analyzer, model FT230, from Hitachi High-Tech Analytical Science; and handheld plating-thickness gauge CMI-700 (multi-point calibration for accurate measurements across the full range).
